Today I completed my 60 days of 2020 without any sugar. Running 5 km each day and exercise before breakfast. No caffeine. No Coke No Fanta No Sprit No Pepsi and other carbonated drinks All fruit and veggies that are organic. The change in my body has already been fantastic! I feel great! I plan to make this my new lifestyle. Eating a healthy diet that is completely gluten-free, caffeine-free and sugar-free. drinking water regularly. And working out for 2 hours every day..!! . .... . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 👆I don't know whose post is this, but I was so proud of him that I decided to copy and paste..
